Hey there,
What is the consensus on dumping refuse more than 25nm offshore? I
know that plastic is verbotten, but how do people feel about other
sorts of refuse, such as cans or paper?
I'm ramping up to my first serious cruise, and I'm wondering how best
to deal with these things.
