We of course have a bigger boat, and more than one hatch. We've got 2
in the aft cabin and one in the forward cabin, one in the forward head
and a couple in the main saloon. I have heard that one of the
walk-through versions of our boat has installed burglar bars on the
hatches so they could leave them open in hot weather and still leave
the boat. I've always been against this as I thought it was a hazard,
but they said I was crazy.
