    Hi, Colin,
I stay now in Bali, plan to be in Chagos around end of August en-route to
    India and the Red Sea.
How you plan to sail northerly from Chagos during the NW monsoon?
Chagos is really deserted place, the British naval base is in an island
which is restricted to yachts, the other islands are empty.
Ask me for more details in September.

             Regards

           Andy
