I got mine from Blue Warter Insurance (http://www.bluewaterins.com/)
They provided a wold wide cover for short handed sailing. It had
exemptions for certain waters and storm seasons. Requires joining seven
seas assocoiation.
In the Uk there is "Pentaenius" (www.pantaenius.co.uk)
There is a firm in Germany that I think is much better but I have not
found their address. Requires joining German cruising association.
