btw, I heard one (self-proclaimed) expert tell guy looking at a steel boat
that he *MUST* chisel out all the concrete in the bildge to make sure there
was no rust underneath. :-)
btw, Charlie Wing's book on what is actually happening "out there" shows that
few people would buy another wooden boat or aluminum boat though about twice
as many want a steel boat "next time" than have a steel boat now, with a
greater number of current glass boats owners prefering steel than steel owner
perfering glass.
That said, most people prefer glass, which is one of the reasons a decent
steel boat used can be a genuine bargain.
