is the customs 'know before you go' brochure online.
My feeling (which I can't confirm on that site) is that you don't need
to check out unless you are a non-US boat or non-US citizen. They
only check us when coming back in. Get your customs sticker before
you go if it is a boat bigger than 30 feet.
