of the issues enumerated here.

³Changing Course² by Debra Ann Cantrell
Published in 2001 by McGraw-Hill

Cantrell interviewed 100 of us cruisers who were first mates to captains who
wished to sail. Her PhD dissertation was based on these findings and
resulted in ³Changing Course.²
