There are two charter outfits I know of in Fajardo, kind of the sailing
capital of Puerto Rico. What you should know, however, is that almost
everywhere interesting is upwind from here. One charter company allows one
way charters out of, I think, Red Hook, St Thomas, and they drive the boat
back upwind. Still, chartering in PR has the advantage of being relatively
isolated (compared to the BVI) and not as built up. Since PR is a territory
of the US, there are no problems for the usual suspects to charter here.
