Rick,
Sounds like a nice weekend. Two questions about your "neck of the
carribean".
Is there any charter activity in PR? Are there regs that make it difficult
for people to charter out of PR?
What are the preferred crusing grounds / anchorages / harbors (if any) of
the mexican yucatan other than Cancun and Cozumel? Does no one sail there
because there are no protected anchorages?
