I like Cruising World too.
Where are you living? In the Chesapeake area there's "Chesapeake Bay
Magazine" (as opposed to the one that's for land exploration which I
think is just called Chesapeake. I think on the west coast there's
Latitude 38 (?) I don't know I've only heard about it. For the north
east there's Offshore Magazine. http://www.offshoremag.net/ If you are
thinking about the Caribbean there are some Caribbean Island type
magazines, and there are also magazines basically for FLorida.
I also like Latitudes & Attitudes, Good Old Boat
http://www.goodoldboat.com/, and Living Aboard Magazine
http://www.livingaboard.com/
In addition to Practical Sailor, Ocean Navigator is more technical
http://www.oceannavigator.com/index.jsp There's also Sailing World
http://www.sailingworld.com/ and SAIL. But we've let our subscription
to SAIL lapse.
