Subject: [world-cruising] Cummins Diesel

Hi All,
I am hoping when of the seasoned cruisers will be able to help me.
I have recently acguired a Roberts 370 yacht with a Cummins marine diesel.
The motor was originally sold as an ONAN L317D-M and is based on a marinised
Cummins 3A1.7 and is about 13 years old.
I have been trying to get hold of an operation and maintenance manual and
details of the Hurth gear box but my local Cummins dealer says this info is
no longer available.
I wonder if anyone knows the motor or can point me in the right direction.
Onan USA and Cummins USA just tells me to speak to my local Cummins dealer.
