I didn't receive any of the general info that it sounds like you're
looking for. I got some specifics from a fellow in the Netherlands about
looking up the title, so I consider the post a "mark in the win column".
Though maybe a slight change in topic might get more response:
Given our current national situation, would having a non-USA flagged
vessel be better?
