I don't think you will get too far with an ammonia system in the
boating arena. First the ammonia is dangerous to handle, second
there are very few mechanics with experience handling the stuff, so
finding one dockside would be difficult much less in a distant port.
Additionally, the systems have not had applications that
demanded "miniaturization" as needed on a boat. Good Luck with your
search, but this is one area where following the leader has a lot of
advantages.
