Rick,
It took me a while to move over to the new world-cruising list and it took
me even longer to get on the web site (to vote on the last poll).
I looked at the links site and figured it looked pretty empty. So I
decided to post a link to our web site which we've had since 1995 (way
before Yahoo bought out Geocities).
I finally updated my website, with only a few hours to spare before your
announcement about the link. I'm still making changes such as adding some
video footage of our offshore trip.
When Eric and I first moved aboard in 1993, information about living aboard
was very sparse. So one of the goals of our web site is to show people
what it's like to live aboard.
My favourite page is the one with the 360 degree panoramas. Some people
might find the live-aboard page useful although I still want to add a few
things like a photo of our house batteries, or saran wrap on the porthole
screens (for providing more insulation in the winter).
Our web site shows our trip to Mexico and Hawaii. Although we didn't make
it to New Zealand as originally planned, we hope to sail there in about
five years.
I haven't checked my links to see if they're outdated but I will be doing
that soon.
Hope people enjoy the site.
