Hiya,
Thanks to everyone to responded to our questions; we spent last night and
this morning getting excited and discussing unstepping the mast, and we
decided that even though it's keel-stepped, it would be worth the
unstepping. You are all so enthusiastic about those routes, and I was
reading an article in Yachting World a couple of months ago - we pulled that
out again too, and have basically decided that the Loop is a must. <ggg> The
whole area sounds fantastic, and we want to end up at Rock Island to visit a
dear friend and working partner of mine who lives there.
It won't be for another couple of years at the very least; there is SO much
to do on our boat before we can leave, and since we are turning it into a
permanent home it has to be right - at least very liveable, if not totally
up to what I'd like, LOL!
