Subject: [worldcruising] Clearing Cuba

I just read that Cuba now requires cruisers to return to an
international marina to obtain exit clearance.
Anyone have any experience with this?
Just where are these "International marinas" and what does this mean
for a plan to coastal hop from Hemingway marina to Cabo San Antonio
before heading out from there to cross the Yucatan Channel?
