I don't think that you can judge the family safeness of the sig. lines of
the participants, and that isn't really an appropriate question. There is
no place on the internet or in life that one will not find an occasional
'bad word'. IMHO the use of such language is not a good assessment of
whether a place is family safe. One can have a very unsafe place even if
no such language is used.

By the time children are reading well enough to understand George Carlin,
they've undoubtedly seen such language before, and if not it is time for
you to explain it to them. I know that I first saw the f word and the s
word as graffiti while we were driving to the ice rink, and asked about it.
I was probably somewhere around 7 or 8 years old.

I don't usually read down to the sig.lines anyway unless it is a very short
post or unless I know that the person changes their sig lines frequently
and that they might be of interest.
