I pay $ 2500 for a year round lease for a 36' foot sailboat in Rock Hall,
MD.
If you haul out for the winter, you will pay additional money inthe range of
$600- 900 for travel-lift,blocking and power washing the bottom. If you
have the yard do any of your winterizing and recommissioning in the spring,
there will be additional costs.
