I sent something like this out earlier today in response to some
questions. It's simple, just send an email to the address shown
below. We do the rest.

The name of the new list is "world-cruising". It is the same as the
old with the addition of the hyphen. If you look long enough and deep
enough you may find both the old and new lists at Yahoo. Yahoo
doesn't seem to make it too easy. However, you don't need to look for
the list there. See below.
If you are a member of the old worldcruising list, you will _not_ be
automatically subscribed to the new list. To subscribe to the new
list, you _do_ need to request to join. Just send an email to the
following email address to let us know you want to subscribe.
world-cruising-subscribe@XXX.XXX
One of us who have signed on as co-owners/co-moderators will get back
with you as soon as we can with your approval. It shouldn't take too
long but sometimes it might take a little while.
At present, the list is still small but growing nicely. Once you
receive your approval, feel free to start a discussion. The sooner
the new list grows and is used, the sooner the old list can be
abandoned to the spammer.
