I was on the phone with a buddy of mine last night, and he mentioned
something about a super cheap Italian sat phone. Evidently, it's about
the same price as cellular. Something about buying a phone for $50, and
getting coded phone cards in $20 increments. Sure sounds great, but I
expressed my doubts as I hadn't heard of it.
Anyone more informed on this?
