Update,
The mailing list is working and now has a few members. It is unmoderated, but
only members may post.
I won't know until it happens, but I'm assuming that any new memberships must
still be moderated (the web interface is a little less than obvious.)
I've contacted yahoo and asked for a full list of the subscribers of the old
list and when that arrives I'll add them in. Until then (and in case they
never get back to me :) you can just subscribe in the normal way.
