Since the list owners are out cruising and can't take care of the
list, perhaps it is time for someone with a lot of time, or perhaps a
smaller group of people with a little time, to start a new list and
abandon this one. Every person that wants to subscribe _must_ be
"approved" by a real person and not just allowed to opt in at will.
That's how the spammer showed up. After the first migration, it
shouldn't take that much time to do. Anyone or small group of people
know how to do that?
