I only listed food and only a reasonable amount.
Once in Ecuador I forgot to include an inventory and while I was getting the fee from a near by bank the Customs Officer (Ecuador Navy) made one up for me with out saying anything to me. It is only a formality of significance to large cargo ships. But small cruisers have to go through the same hoops.

Barry
The inventory of provisions that you mention needs to be of what
detail? I am not a "worldcruiser" yet, but want to be prepared. I
could understand listing spare parts that could be import items, but
details as to cans of beans and pickles seems fairly excessive.
Inquiring minds want to know.
