Subject: [worldcruising] Boat Documentation

I am in the process of purchasing a bluewater boat that is currently
documented as a U.S flag vessel. I was wondering if anybody in the
group would have any suggestions as to how to accomplish a transfer
without using a commercial service. There will be no broker involved.
I have accessed the Coast Guard site and haved looked over the forms
but I am still unsure on how to proceed.
