One of the solutions I will try if nothing simpler works is to gig electric fencing cris cross over the boat.
I have the gear from when my kids days at pony club. It would be a solution that would be slow to dismantle ready for sailing. But less time than the cleaning I do now and nicer work.

I would suggest the same solution as Sir WInston's statue in London.
Maybe you could set up a solar panel to put a charge on the rigging.
