I don't know about the guy, but I can't imagine the boat being that large.
Ocean shipping containers are 8'6" wide and between 8'6" and 9'6" tall. With
that little width, you'd be looking at a very small boat. Some shipping
companies do have open containers and some are just the bottom platform. If
they stack you on the top you could possible overhang on the width.
