Confusing! My edition (3rd) lists Acapulco to Hiva Oa as PT18 (2876m)
and Puntarenas as PT 13 (3790m). PT15 is San Diego to Hiva Oa (2835m).
I presume that Cabo is somewhat closer to Hiva Oa than San Diego. But
then again I can't find my..........with both hands (you get the
picture).
