Subject: [worldcruising] Pacific Crossing

Hi
- I've been out of touch for a while - sailing slowly down from
Florida to Venezuela and then the ABC's, Haiti, Cuba, Mexico, Belize,
Honduras and now Panama.
The plan now is to spend some time in the San Blas and Cartagena (any
information on marinas and suitable places to get work done v
welcome) before going through the Canal and on to the Galapagos,
French Marquessas and the coconut run to New Zealand.
I would greatly appreciate advice on timing. The outline plan is to
leave Panama in early March, spend two weeks in the Galapagos (if we
can) and then press on to arrive in the Marquessas around 21st
April. Does this seem about right?
I would welcome comments on routing - I plan to arrive in NZ in late
October early November.
Many thanks
david
