George

Finding a partner to cruise with is very difficult.
I saw some "sailing singles" web pages once and I know of a group
called "Singles Under Sail" in CT. I met a lady there who would have sailed with me but I chickened out.

May be worth your wile to check them out.
When I arrived in Tonga after a solo trip from America a chief offered me a young woman to be my sailing "partner". A lovely girl but spoke no English and was bigger than me. I declined.

  Yes Barry,

But keep in mind that all of my plans are cast in jello. I may just
cruise the Caribbean this winter and then do an Atlantic Circle
  begining next spring.

I just don't know. A lot depends on the wants and desires of my
  partner when I find her.
