I would make sure LightHouse was on my short list of windlasses.
They offer a S/S unit that is standard on several boats, that is built
just a few miles from here..
From what I can tell, they mess around in the pleasure boat business for
the fun of it. Their primary business seems directed toward the larger
vessels in the commercial market.
As a result, IMHO, they only seem to know how to do things the right way.
