I have had a Lofrans Falkon since 1997 and I have been very pleased with it.
I also suggest you look at the Lighthouse,
http://www.lighthouse-mfg-usa.com/ which was my first choice, but the
Lofrans was a better "fit." I like the horizontal rope drum, as it is easy to
use for hoisting the dinghy onto the foredeck and also for going aloft.
