Special precautions: Don't touch it when it is hot. Don't hold paper
against it until it ignites. ;-)
Heat is a problem for two reasons: 1) Fire 2) it indicates inefficiency in
the visible spectrum. Having said that, i still like my IKEA & Taget halogens
