As mentioned in one of the replies, lots of variables...however,
singlehanded docking and anchoring in not a big deal.

In docking...I use a breast line as my first tie-up...drift into the
dock...leap ashore, tie the breast line, then do the bow and stern
lines...leaving dock...untie the breast line last. I drape the mooring
lines over the lifelines, so I can reach them from the dock.

In anchoring...drift up to the spot I want to anchor...leave the auxilliary
in neutral, walk forward, deploy the anchor, walk back to the cockpit and
reverse the aux to set the hook. Leaving anchorage, start the aux, leave in
neutral, raise the hook (I leave it hanging below the pulpit, but above the
water, so I can wash off the hook before raising it to it's travel
position), then either deploy the headsail and sail off the anchorage, or
motor off, depending on winds and hazards. I always take the sail covers
off before raising anchors as well.

It isn't hard...once you know what you're doing...practice somewhere away
from hazards to get the right technique for you.

Personally, even if I have crew aboard, I prefer to use a breastline for
docking regardless...the breast line, for those who don't know the term, is
attached to the boat midships...I have a couple of rings in about the right
place...at some stage I will attach cleats to use for the lines.
