HI Bryan, Bleeding the injectors is just a way of going to the end
of the line, it's the last place air can hide. Bleeding twice is
just insurance! Often it is not necessary(it can be pretty messy)if
there is a bleed screw on the injection pump, or if the engine just
seems to bleed itself(some do, some don't). I have about fifty diesel
engines in trucks and equipment and they are all different (even the
same make and model sometimes) about how they act, and whats required
to purge air out of them. Regards, John
