Subject: [worldcruising] Catalina 22 again...

Well, I found out why the price was so good on the C22 I mentioned last week...
The keel raising mechanism seems to be broken.
How serious of a problem is this?
I'm thinking of using a cargo strap or a piece of line on a winch to pull the keel up so I can get
it on a trailer...
Anything else I should look out for?
Should this be a "deal-killer"?
Any ideas about how hard this will be to fix?
