Bob,

When I was in Dinner Key, I was paying around $450 per month
including utilities. I'm on the waiting list to get back in, but
until then I'm at a slip up the Miami river for $300 + metered
power. Not as nice, but much cheeper. There are several briges to go
under which don't open during rush hour. As far as anchorages, the
most popular is off of Dinner Key, but it isn't very sheltered. It can
get very choppy. There are several other good anchorages, but none
with good access to facilities on shore.

is on the list. Can you give me an idea of the cost of slips around
Biscayne Bay if you can get one. 42' boat. Are there good spots to
anchor out?
