No insult intended. It was an obversation of the obvious.
The term "Deck Fluff" is not mine but rather a female friend of mine.
It is her term for female members of a sailing club who get on sail boats
to go sailing without having a clue how to operate the boat.
Based on your description, it seemed to fit.
