I agree, the insult was uncalled for. Capable people are sometimes
intolerant. There are lots of good boats in the 40' range, your budget and
interests will play a major part in your choice. My wife, ex-girlfriend,
started out with no sailing experience or talent and has become a really
good first mate with great sailing instincts and capabilities. Never
underestimate a motivated person, male or female.
