Subject: [worldcruising] Anyone familiar with Catalina 22's?

I may have an opportunity to get a '73 Catalina 22 for what appears to be a really good price, and
I'm wondering if any of you have any opinions about it?
I haven't seem the boat in person yet, just pictures...
Of course I wouldn't buy without checking it out...
