Subject: [worldcruising] If it was you, what would you choose?

Hi,
Here's a simple question, although it requires plenty of thoughts and
knowledge about what's envolved:
If you were to choose, between the following 2 boat lists, one (from each
list) to become yours for the purpose of sailing off-shore (mostly in the
North Atlantic, let's say between 0ºN and 40ºN) and where you'd live aboard
for considerable amount of time during the year (for 2 pax). Which one would
you choose and why? and which one you would definately not choose and why?
Boat list #1:
- Bavaria 31
- Sun Odissey 32.2
- Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 311
- Dufour Classic 30
- Gib Sea 33
Boat list #2:
- Bavaria 34
- Sun Odissey 34.2
- Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 331
- Dufour Classic 32
- Gib Sea 33
After making your selections do you still find yourself with a boat that
you'd not be confortable with for the proposed sailing?
If so, is there any other boat (of the aprox. same size and similar price)
that you'd definately choose prior to any of those presented on these lists?
I would certainly appreciate your help!
