Subject: [worldcruising] Chartering...

I am looking to start a chartering business. This is just going to
be something on the side to generate a little extra income. I plan
on only chartering during the weekends, from Friday to Sunday. What
I would like to know is if there is someone on this list has started
a chartering business, and if so, what is the best way to get the
word out, and what needs to be taken into consideration as far a
legality is concerned. How do I go about getting this chartering
business started?
