Subject: [worldcruising] Boatless...

Hi all,
I've been lurking here since (just checking) mid '99. At the time I
still had my boat, a beautiful little Endeavor 24' that took me island
hopping up and down the Queensland coast. All the time looking
wistfully East dreaming of longer journeys and far-flung places, one
of my dreams is putting together enough cash and getting something
larger and more seaworthy for a long trip.
Since then I've sold the boat and have been traveling (unfortunately
by land and air, not sea.) After a few continents I've found myself
in Manchester, UK doing some work and am missing sailing more that I
ever believed I would.
As boat owners, have you got any suggestions on finding owners looking
for crew/company, or any Manchester locals know of clubs or groups I
could become involved with?

P.S. I'll be in Perth in late Feb and late March and would just love
to get together for a drink with any of you that will be there during
that time to talk dreams and realities...
