Hi Wagner

Many people doing the cruise across the South Pacific shelter in NZ for the
cyclone season.
This makes a rush of the Pacific crossing and the he trip from Tonga to can
be rough and unpredictable. When I do it again I will "over-summer" by going
North instead of South.
You can spend the equinox periods in the equator region the move North
November to April and South May to October.
The Islands in the Northern West pacific and along the equator are less
frequently visited by cruisers
