The best I've seen for practical use (lee boards are prettiest) is a
rectangle of nylon mesh with reinforcing web straps attached to eye straps
in the overhead. Trigger snaps connect to the eye straps, and each web
strap has a plastic quick release buckle (like on dive gear) for adjusting
tension and easy access to the bunk.
Stow it under the mattress.
