Hi Paul

You're right. A cat does offer a lot of boat for the length and I
agree, it would be ideal as a liveaboard.

Unfortunately, something like a lagoon 410 is outside the budget. I
am limited to around 85-90k US. I looked at a Prout 37 but felt is
wasn't offering any more space than a 40' monohull and didn't really
sail that well.

I will keep my eyes open though.
