Subject: [worldcruising] Check stays

Just adding my two penneth worth. I have a removable inner forestay that is
a good support for the masthead spinnaker, and have 12mm braided nylon as
check stays. these are usually taped to the lowers until needed. In use.
they are attached to the spinnaker tackle for tensioning.
