Want striking ship's bells on your computer? I found this DL a while
back. Works on PCs, don't know about MACs.
ftp://ftp.mouseherder.com/pub Click to DL (bells.EXE). Just put it
in a directory of it's own and double click the self extracting zip.
Then open shipbell.exe.
The final scheduled Westsail Round-Up of 2000 will be held on the
Chesapeake this weekend.
Location is Herrington South Marina, Herring Bay, Rose Haven, MD.
Fri evening for the warm-ups and then all day Sat and a good deal of
Sunday. The forecast is for terrific weather.
We have 13 boats scheduled to make the event and lots of other folks
driving in. Bud Taplin and Kern Ferguson (Westsail chandler and
sailmaker, respectively) will be there. Once again, we will have the
long face dock to ourselves Saturday and Sunday. Overflow will be
berthed near by.
Potluck is on Saturday evening. Bring something to share.
Non-members are welcome to tour the boats, chat up the crews, and
inspect the bilges. If you're interested in attending, you'll be my
guests. See you there.
