Subject: [worldcruising] wireless Internet

Greetings folks! I've been out of touch for a long time. Internet
access while at anchor has been, until recently, a joke. About two
months ago, I signed up for a wireless Internet service called
eHarbor. It's fantastic, and I wanted to share my success with
others
who may benefit from it. I have unlimited Internet access and email
from my boat. eHarbor is 200 times faster than dial-up connections,
more secure, and affordable. And it really works!
The technology is line-of-sight microwave technology so it has some
limitations and can only be used coastally, but for liveaboards,
coastal cruisers, and snowbirds headed up and down the ICW, it's
a
great solution. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like more
information about eHarbor. Their website is www.eHarbor.org, and
anyone can sign up for free email.
Glad to be back,
Leslie
