The BVI's are nice but I have only chartered there once. However, I can
recommend PR as I have been there many times ( my house is in the rain
forest.)

There is lots to do in PR.
We are American and speak English, but I really have never had a problem
finding someone in PR who speaks English. It may not always be the person
you want to talk to but they will always be willing to interpret.
