IMMHO, this could not have been said more succinctly. Our method is to run
the watermaker between 11AM and 2PM, every day. In the tropics during these
hours, four 75W horizontal panels will run the watermaker, refrigeration
*and* charge the 660Ah battery. Less than full sun, however, will change this
drastically.
